To celebrate National Poetry Month, Wolverine Farm Publishing is hosting a poetry reading at the FCB Tasting Room on Friday, April 26th from 8-9:30pm. The reading will consist of six local poets reading for 10 to 15 minutes each. Some of the poets reading will be: 2013 Ft. Collins Poet Laureate Jason Hardung and also 2012 Poet Laureates Matthew Sage and Michael Bussmann. Stop in and enjoy the poems and the potions.

Kickoff American Craft Beer Week (May 13-19) at the Lowry Beer Garden! Stop by on May 11th to sample rare craft beers, some of which are only available in the tasting rooms at the breweries. For $20, you get to keep a taster mug and sample unlimited beer from the eight breweries, each of which will showcase two to three different brews. Tickets can be purchased the day of the event at the door. Participating breweries include Upslope Brewing,Tommyknocker Brewing, Fort Collins Brewery, Lone Tree Brewing, Copper Kettle Brewing Company, Avery Brewing, Great Divide Brewing, andCaution Brewing Co. The Lowry Beer Garden will be open for regular business for those not wishing to participate in the tasting.
