RECIPE: DCS DOUGHNUT GLAZE
Ingredients 1/2 cup butter unsalted 1/4 cup warm whole milk 1 TBL corn syrup 2 tsp vanilla 1/4 cup Double Chocolate Stout (room temp) 4 oz semisweet chocolate chips 2 cups powdered sugar
Directions Combine butter, milk, corn syrup, beer, and vanilla in a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until butter is melted. Decrease the heat to low, add the chocolate, and whisk until melted. Remove from heat, add the powdered sugar, and whisk until smooth. Place the mixture over a bowl of warm water and dip the doughnuts immediately. Allow the glaze to set for 30 min before serving.
