RECIPE: MAIBOCK BAKED BEANS

Ingredients
1 TBL Minced Garlic
1/4 cup yellow onion chopped
2 tsp bacon fat or veg oil
3 cans(about 48oz) beans (white or navy bean)
2 TBL Apple Cider Vinegar
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 TBL Molasses
2 TBL Dijon Mustard
3 TBL Worcestershire
2 tsp Hot Sauce(Tabasco)
1/4 cup Bacon Bits
1/4 cup Maibock
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions
Sauté onions and garlic in oil/fat until tender. Mix all ingredients other then salt, pepper and, beans. Add mix to onions and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Drain one can of beans completely, but leave the liquid in the other two cans. Add all three cans of beans to the mix. Simmer beans and mixture over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring every five minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Reheat over low heat if not serving immediately.
