We call her the Malt Boss though because she knows her malts and we’re all slightly scared of her.

Can you name the beer or moment that made you fall in love with craft?

The moment I walked into a small brewery (2 barrel system) and listened to the brewer/owner/server talk about his love for beer and everything that this world meant to him,I knew that this was a very special industry. I have been in love ever since.

What aspect do you love about your job?

I love meeting new people and getting them excited about what we make at the brewery. Seeing people try a really good beer is a moment that never tires. People are endlessly fascinating and wonderful, which makes everyday a fascinating one.

Beer, puppies, good people and good food. In that order. Usually.
