Aroma - Scarlett on Brett has hints of pineapple and tropical fruits as well as a mild earthiness that stems from a primary brett fermentation
Appearance - Expect a lovely, dark red hue with an off-white head
Flavor - Upon the first sip of Scarlett on Brett, sweet toffee and fruit flavors will hit the tongue. A juicy mouthfeel and high carbonation from a high mash temperature is nicely balanced against a hop bitterness from the El Dorado dry-hop. You’ll taste a bit of earthiness from the brett as well as a mild tartness with a relatively dry finish
Food Pairings - Roasted Lamb, Nectarine
Cooking Tips - Savory home-cooked dishes will enhance the pineapple and stone fruit aromas. Perfect for braising and baking
